The Rice Family is in the second & third generation of the family sugaring operation, which began in 1944. Lewis, a veteran sugarmaker since childhood, anxiously awaits each season to enjoy the sweet aroma of fresh sap boiling in the evaporator.

Directions:
We are located in Chautaugua County, in the Southwestern corner of New York State, between Routes 60 & 62 and not far from the I-86 expressway. Even though our mailing address is Kennedy our farm is just out of the village of Ellington on the corner of County Road 50 (the Gerry-Ellington Rd. renamed West Hill Rd.) and 28th Creek Rd. It is actually a half mile west from where Rt. 62 turns in the center of Ellington. Sales are made from our home, 934 28th Creek Rd. which is the 2nd house on the right from the corner. Look for our sign out front.

We are open for sales the year round and will be happy to serve you.
