The New York State Maple Producers Association is comprised of almost 500 of the finest syrup makers in North America. The purpose of the Association is to increase the production of New York State maple syrup and enhance its sale throughout the world. The New York Maple Producers Association serves maple producers through educational programs and by providing a unified voice for the industry.
