Maple Apple Torte

Yield: Serves 6-8


Beat together Pure NY Maple Granulated Sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla and stir in. In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients, then add to egg mixture. Stir in apples and walnuts.

Pour into a pie pan or torte pan that has been lightly sprayed with canola oil. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with Pure NY Maple Sugar if desired.
