Ingredients
2 Tbsp Pure NY Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Maple Mustard
1/3 Cup good quality Olive Oil
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (whatever you have in the garden - basil is a good option)
Pinch Garlic Salt
Directions
In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, vinegar, and maple mustard. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Add herbs and garlic salt.
Serving suggestions: For dinner, divide 6 cups of fresh baby spinach leaves on four plates, crumble on bleu cheese, add sliced grilled chicken, and drizzle with this dressing. For a nice side salad, toss with mixed greens, goat cheese, sliced red onion or shallot, and maple roasted pecans.
