Ingredients: 1 1/3 C flour Directions Cream together butter, Pure NY Maple Granulated Sugar, and white sugar. Add eggs and oatmeal mixture. In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients, then add to oatmeal mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Test for doneness. While still warm spread lightly with Pure NY Maple Cream. Yield: Serves 6 – 8 ©2008
