| Oven Roasted Potato Wedges with Maple Pepper® Seasoning |

4 medium baking potatoes
2 sweet potatoes or yams
Maple Pepper® Seasoning with Garlic
Butter flavored Pam® cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375° F. Scrub potatoes. Pat dry. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Spray a 15x10x1 inch pan with Pam® and arrange wedges cut side up. Spray potatoes with Pam® and sprinkle
with Maple Seasoning with Garlic.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 – 55 minutes. (For convection oven, bake in 375° F preheated oven for 25 – 30 minutes.)
Yield: Serves 4 – 6
