Maple Crunch Chicken

½ cup margarine
1 cup instant oatmeal
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
¼ cup Pure New York State Maple Syrup
1 fryer chicken, cut into pieces

Melt margarine in a pan in 350° F oven. Mix oatmeal and salt together. Beat eggs with maple syrup. Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then into oatmeal. Place chicken in pan with margarine and bake until tender, turning 2-3 times.
